Common Ground Capital Group, LLC is a real estate investing company focusing on revitalizing homes. We create opportunities for homes to be restored and re-enter the market for new homeowners. The homes we invest in would generally not sell in the real estate market due to the property’s condition or other material defects. This is our way of keeping up home inventory supply in our local community thus balancing affordability.

Hey! We are glad you came across this because “WHO” you are dealing with in real estate is extremely important. We are Eric & Lauren Jubeck and while we are licensed real estate agents here in the State of Florida, we created Common Ground because we recognized that not every home can be sold in the general market. A “distressed” property can come at a significant cost to sell between repairs, closing costs, and “yes”…real estate commissions. With far less going into a Seller’s pocket it truly does not help someone needing to get out of their current circumstance and setting them up for success afterwards.
Unlike other “cash for keys” businesses, we have our own cash on hand ready to purchase your property. Our goal is to be transparent during the process and pride ourselves on not pushing you to commit to a sale. Once we understand your needs and how to best approach them we can create an offer that is reflective of the circumstance. There are times when certain properties don’t quite fit our portfolio, needless to say…our background in real estate has helped us create a vast network of other active investors who are willing to adhere to our initial offer for you on the same terms.
